About AN
The military and aerospace 37° flare that motorsport fuel, oil and coolant plumbing is built on. AN fittings share the 37° seat and UNF thread sizes with JIC, so a -6 AN mates with a -6 JIC, but the threads are held to the tighter class 3A and 3B. Usually 6061 aluminum, anodized red, blue or black.

About NPTF
American Dryseal tapered pipe thread. It has the NPT taper and pitch, but the crests and roots are controlled so they crush together and seal without tape or sealant. Specified on fuel, hydraulic and air ports where sealant could contaminate the system.

What pressure is an AN to NPTF adapter rated for?
It depends on the size and material. In 6061-t6 aluminum, the common sizes on this page are rated from 900 to 2,250 psi, set by the lower rated end. The builder shows the exact rating for your part, including a wall thickness check.
