Here is when your part ships, what shipping costs, and what happens if something is wrong.

How shipping is charged
Shipping is one charge per order, never per piece. If your cart mixes delivery options, the whole order ships at the fastest one. Canada ships standard for $19.
Prototypes do not count toward free shipping. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Returns and remakes
Every part is made to the configuration you ordered, so we cannot take back parts that match your order. If a part is out of spec or damaged in shipping, tell us within 30 days and we will remake it or refund it.
Need to change an order? Email us within 4 business hours of ordering and we will update it before machining starts.
