Connections

General purpose connections in the catalog

Every connection the general purpose catalog offers, with its standard, seal and sizes. Larger pipe, flanges and sanitary ends live in their own industries.

FAQ

Questions about general purpose parts

What if I need a size that is not listed?

The general catalog keeps to common sizes. Switch to Custom Use in the builder for every type, size and material, including a custom thread diameter and pitch.

Do push-in ports include the cartridge?

Yes. Push to connect ports are machined for a purchased stainless collet and O-ring cartridge, which is installed before shipping.

Which material should I choose?

Brass or 316 for water, aluminum or steel for air and light oil, acetal or polypropylene for light weight and chemical resistance. The builder only shows materials that suit your fluid.

Can I get a single part?

Yes. There is no minimum order. Pricing improves with quantity and you can reorder any time with the code on your packing slip.

How do I identify a thread I have?

Use Identify a thread: measure the diameter and pitch, check for taper, and the tool matches it to NPT, BSPP, BSPT and other standards.
