Medical devices

Luer and micro port fittings for device fluid paths.

ISO 80369-7 Luer slip and lock, 10-32, M3 to M6 and 1/4-28 ports, small hose barbs and compression tube, in PEEK, PVDF, clear polycarbonate or 316. Prototype a single part, then order the production lot.

In the field

Small parts that decide whether the fluid path works

Device prototypes need a Luer on one side, a 10-32 port on the other and a clear body to watch for bubbles. Specport machines exactly that part in the material your design calls for.

Built for device development

From first prototype to production lot

Order one part to prove the design, a $40 printed copy to check the fit, then the same configuration by reorder code for the build.

Device ports

Luer slip and lock, 10-32, M3 to M6 and 1/4-28, plus hose barbs and compression tube through 1/4 in and 6 mm.

See the flow

Clear polycarbonate bodies show bubbles and flow. PEEK and PVDF resist most solvents and cleaning agents.

Traceable

Laser marked part and lot numbers, certificates of conformance and material certificates on request.

FAQ

Questions about medical devices parts

Do your Luer ports meet ISO 80369-7?

Luer slip and lock ports are machined to the ISO 80369-7 taper and lug dimensions. Verify fit with your mating components; a $40 printed prototype is a quick way to check.

Which materials can I use?

PEEK, PVDF, PTFE, polypropylene, clear polycarbonate and 316 stainless. USP Class VI resin grades and certificates are available.

Can I order a single prototype?

Yes. There is no minimum. Order one machined part, or a 3D printed test fit copy first, then reorder the same configuration with its code.

Is polycarbonate compatible with my fluid?

Clear polycarbonate is good for water and saline and lets you see the flow, but alcohols and many solvents can craze it. Choose PEEK or PVDF for solvents.

Are these finished medical devices?

No. Specport parts are components, not finished devices. You are responsible for design validation, biocompatibility, cleaning and sterilization.
