Oil & Gas
Pipe, flare and flange fittings for oil, gas and diesel service.
Large pipe thread, JIC and ORB from -8 up, ORFS, NPSM swivels and SAE flange heads, in 316 or steel only. Build gauge tees, transition adapters and distribution manifolds for skids, wellsites and fuel systems.
- NPT and BSPT to 3 in
- Metals only: 316, 303, steel
- MTRs and test reports

In the field
Transitions between pipe, flare and flange
Field equipment mixes NPT pipe, JIC and ORB tube fittings and SAE flanges. One machined transition replaces a nipple, a bushing and an adapter.

Built for field service
Heavy wall parts in the sizes the field uses
The catalog starts at 1/2 in pipe and -8 tube so the list stays on what skids and wellsites actually run.
Pipe, flare and flange
NPT and BSPT through 3 in, JIC, ORB and ORFS from -8, NPSM swivels, SAE 45° flare and Code 61 or 62 flange heads.
Metals only
316 for corrosion and sour service conditions, 303 for general machining, 12L14 steel when the part will be plated.
Documented
Material test reports with heat numbers, certificate of conformance and optional hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times rated pressure.

Connections
Oil and gas connections in the catalog
The connections and sizes the oil and gas catalog offers, with the standard each end is machined to. The builder checks the wall rating in your material against your working pressure.
| Connection | Standard | Seals on | Sizes | Standard rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NPT | ASME B1.20.1 | Taper, sealant or PTFE tape | 1/2 to 3 (8) | up to 6,000 psi |
| BSPT | ISO 7-1 | Taper, sealant | 1/2 to 3 (8) | up to 6,017.5 psi |
| JIC 37° (AN) | SAE J514 | 37° flare metal seat | -8 to -32 (7) | up to 4,500 psi |
| SAE ORB | SAE J1926, J514 | O ring in port chamfer | -8 to -32 (7) | up to 6,000 psi |
| ORFS | SAE J1453 | O ring on flat face | -8 to -24 (6) | up to 6,000 psi |
| SAE flange head | SAE J518 Code 61 and 62 | O ring in flange head face | C61 1/2 to C62 2 (12) | up to 6,000 psi |
| NPSM | ASME B1.20.1 NPSM straight pipe | 30° swivel seat, gasket or O ring | 1/2 to 2 (6) | up to 2,500 psi |
| SAE 45° flare | SAE J512 45° flare | 45° flare metal seat | -6 to -12 (4) | up to 1,500 psi |

How it works
Configure today. Machined and shipped in days, not a quote cycle.
Configure the ports
Pick the shape, then the connection, size and gender on every end. The 3D model, drawing and price update as you go.
Order the quantity you need
One part or a production run. Instant checkout, no RFQ, and a $40 printed prototype if you want to test the fit first.
Machined, inspected, shipped
CNC machined in the USA, gauged and inspected, then shipped with a certificate of conformance and a reorder code.
FAQ
Questions about oil & gas parts
Which sizes do you cover for oil and gas?
NPT and BSPT from 1/2 to 3 in, NPSM from 1/2 to 2 in, JIC and ORB from -8 to -32, ORFS from -8 to -24, SAE 45° flare from -6 to -12, and Code 61 and Code 62 flange heads from 1/2 to 2 in.
Can I get material test reports?
Yes. Add certificates and documents at checkout for a certificate of conformance with lot and heat numbers and the mill test report for the bar the parts were cut from.
Do you offer carbon steel or only stainless?
Both. 12L14 steel for parts that will be plated, 303 stainless for general machining and 316 stainless for corrosion resistance. Plastics are not offered for oil and gas service.
Can parts be pressure tested?
Yes. Hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times the rated pressure, 60 second hold, zero leakage, 100% of the lot, recorded on the test report.
Are these rated for sour service or pipeline codes?
Parts are machined to the connection standards shown and rated by those standards and the wall in your material. We do not certify to NACE MR0175 or pipeline codes, so confirm suitability for regulated service with your engineer.
