Add part
Machined fittings for the kit. Any two threads, any shape, from the builder or a saved part. Joints that will not mate are flagged before you send the job.
Assembly Service
Trade accounts spec machined parts, tubing, hardware, labels, assembly notes, tests, QA and packing on one traveler. We machine, kit, check and ship it together. Small-volume hose, bag and bottle assemblies included.
Small volume kits
Single-use and low-volume fluid kits: tube harnesses, sampling trees and bottle-to-manifold fills, specced with the fittings, clamps and labels on the same traveler.

Multi-drop hose runs with barbs, tees and clamps, cut and bagged as one kit.

Bag, valve and sample lines in a sterile-style tree, labeled to the ports they join.

Fill lines from a bottle or bag rack, with valves, hangers and caps on the traveler.
Machined fittings for the kit. Any two threads, any shape, from the builder or a saved part. Joints that will not mate are flagged before you send the job.
Cut length between the parts you added. Nylon, PTFE, stainless tube or hose, in inch or metric sizes, tagged to the ports they join.
Fasteners, mounting, cable organization. Tube clamps, brackets, cable ties and glands ride on the same traveler as the fittings.
Kit, part and tube marks on the traveler. Print or laser so the bag matches the drawing when it lands on your bench.
Torque, sealant and clocking notes. Sequence, orientation and special tools live with the kit so the shop does not guess.
Leak and pressure checks before it ships. You set the test pressure and what we check; results stay with the lot.
Visual, dimensional and traveler check against the kit you specced. The bag does not close until the sheet matches.
Bagged as a kit, ports capped, certs in the box. Ship assembled or as parts, with your labels if you white-label.
One traveler from spec to ship. Machined parts are priced in the builder. Tubing, hardware and labels ship as specified with the order.
Add parts, tube, hardware, labels and the build, test, QA and pack notes. Joints that will not mate are caught before the job is released.
Each fitting is cut, finished and gauged the same way as a standalone order. Reorder codes stay on every part.
Cut lengths, clamps, ties and labels are pulled to the traveler so the bag matches what you entered, not a stock BOM.
If you asked for make-up, leak or pressure tests, they happen here. Visual and dimensional checks close the sheet.
Capped, bagged and certified together. Tracking and the certificate of conformance cover the kit, not a pile of loose lines.

Machined parts use the same cost model as the builder. Tube, hardware and labels ride with the order as specified.
Build notes, test pressure and packing stay with the job so receiving, QA and the next reorder see the same sheet. Need kits packed for the line or the field? See Kitting Service.
