Custom parts

Every part is made to the configuration you submit. Check threads, sizes, materials and ratings before you order. The 3D preview, dimensions and pressure values on this site are reference information, and you are responsible for confirming a part is suitable for your application.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Approved trade accounts may pay on Net 30 terms.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order within 4 business hours of placing it. After that your part may already be in production.

Shipping

Delivery times start when your order is placed and are estimates. See shipping and returns for options and costs. We ship to the US and Canada.

Returns and remakes

Because parts are made to order, we cannot accept returns for parts that match the configuration you submitted. If a part is out of spec or damaged in shipping, tell us within 30 days and we will remake or refund it.

Prototypes

3D printed prototypes are for test fit only. They are not rated for pressure, fluid service or any working use.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the parts in that order.
