What surface finishes are available?
As machined, or 316L electropolished to 32 or 16 Ra. Passivation to ASTM A967 is available on stainless.
Which plastics are USP Class VI?
PEEK, PVDF, PTFE and polypropylene are available in USP Class VI and FDA compliant grades. Choose the certificate option and the resin certificate ships with the lot.
Can you package parts for a cleanroom?
Yes. Precision cleaning, capped ports and double bagging to ISO Class 7 cleanroom practice, with lot labels on each bag.
What documentation comes with the parts?
A certificate of conformance with lot and heat numbers on every order. Add the documentation package for material test reports, resin certificates and a first article dimensional report.
