Industries

Made for the way your industry connects

Each industry opens with the threads, sizes and materials that belong together. Overlap is normal. Custom Use is the only one that shows everything.

Hydraulics

Mismatched ports, solved in one part

Pumps, valves and cylinders rarely share a thread. Build adapters, elbows and valve blocks in ORB, JIC, ORFS, NPT, BSPP, DIN and SAE flanges, rated to your working pressure.

Hydraulic hoses and fittings on a new yellow machine

Rated for pressure

Every end shows an estimated working pressure, and we flag anything below your requirement.

Valve blocks

Manifolds with cartridge valve cavities, mounting holes and engraved ports.

Steel or stainless

12L14 plated steel for cost, 316 for corrosion. Hydrostatic testing available.

General Purpose

The sizes a shop actually keeps

NPT, BSP, compression tube, hose barbs and push-in ports, in brass, stainless, aluminum or steel. Water, air and light oil. Specialty sanitary, fuel and high-pressure ends stay in their own industries.

General purpose page

Everyday sizes

1/8 to 1 in pipe, common tube and hose. Larger pipe and flanges are in plumbing or oil and gas.

Push-in for air

4 to 12 mm and 5/32 to 3/8 in tube. CTS push-fit for PEX and copper is under plumbing.

Materials that match the fluid

Brass and stainless for water. Aluminum and steel appear when the fluid is oil or air, not water.

Pharmaceutical

Sanitary and documented

Tri-clamp ferrules, Luer connections and manifolds in 316L and USP Class VI plastics, with the documentation your quality team asks for.

Materials

  • 316/316L stainless, electropolished to 16 Ra
  • PEEK, PVDF, polypropylene, PTFE, acetal and clear polycarbonate
  • USP Class VI and FDA compliant resin grades with certificates
  • Charcoal, grey, white or clear, depending on material

Clean and packaged

  • Passivation to ASTM A967
  • Precision and oxygen cleaning
  • Cleanroom double bagging, ISO Class 7
  • Ports capped, lot labeled

Documented

  • Certificate of conformance with lot and heat numbers
  • Material test reports and resin certificates
  • First article dimensional report
  • Laser marked part and lot numbers for traceability

Connections

  • Tri-clamp ferrules, 1/2 to 3 in
  • ISO 80369-7 Luer slip and lock
  • 10-32, M3 to M6 and 1/4-28 micro ports
  • Mix any of them with threaded ports in one part

Specport parts are components, not finished medical devices. Customers are responsible for validating suitability, cleaning and sterilization for their application.

Starting points

Laboratory

See the flow, match the fitting

Luer, 10-32 and 1/4-28 ports in PEEK, PVDF or clear polycarbonate, so you can watch the fluid move through the part.

Laboratory page
Luer connector with laboratory tubing

Chemically resistant

PEEK and PVDF handle most solvents and acids.

Clear bodies

Polycarbonate lets you see bubbles and flow. Avoid alcohols and solvents.

Standard lab ports

Luer slip and lock, 10-32 and 1/4-28 flat bottom ports.

Automotive

Fuel parts that fit the first time

Injector spacers, fuel rail feeds, sensor adapters and fuel logs in 6061 with red, blue or black anodize. Pick the fuel and injector cups, AN ports and seals stay on that fuel.

Plumbing

Push fit, without the hunt

PEX, copper and CPVC on CTS push-fit, slip sockets and pipe thread, in brass, 316, PVC or polypropylene. Water only, so fuel and hydraulic ends stay out of the list.

Push fit ports

1/4 to 1 in CTS, with a stainless grab ring cartridge.

Pipe and hose

NPT, slip, garden hose and hose barbs. One part, still a water fitting.

Water safe choices

For drinking water choose 316 stainless. C360 brass is not lead free.

Medical

Small ports for device fluid paths

Luer slip and lock, 10-32, M3 to M6 and 1/4-28, plus small hose barbs for soft tube. 316, PEEK, PVDF or clear polycarbonate. These are components, not finished devices.

Device ports

Luer slip and lock, plus 10-32, M3 to M6 and 1/4-28. No pipe flanges or fuel cups in this list.

Small tube

Hose barbs and compression fittings through 1/4 in and 6 mm.

Body materials

316, PEEK, PVDF, PTFE, polypropylene or clear polycarbonate. Water or air.

Starting points

Oil & Gas

Pipe, flare and flange, in steel or stainless

1/2 in pipe and up, JIC and ORB from -8, ORFS and SAE Code 61 and 62 flanges. Oil, gas or diesel. No plastics, no Luer, no hose barbs.

Oil and gas page
Process piping with valve takeoffs

The large sizes

NPT and BSPT through 3 in, plus NPSM swivels and SAE 45° flare for fuel gas.

Flanges

Code 61 and Code 62 heads from 1/2 to 2 in, on hydraulic oil.

Metals only

316 for corrosion, 12L14 when it will be plated, 303 for general machining.

Custom Use

Every connection, when the part crosses industries

This is the only industry that shows every type, every size and every material, including a custom major diameter and thread. Use it when a sanitary end has to meet a hydraulic one and no single catalog can hold both.
