Custom fluidics without waiting on a machine shop

Rigs and instruments need the odd splitter, adapter or manifold. Specify it in PEEK or clear polycarbonate, see the price and have it on the bench next week.

Built for research and instrument teams

Match the port, the tube and the chemistry

Choose the material for the solvents in your line, then mix Luer, micro ports and compression tube on one body.

Chemically resistant

PEEK and PVDF handle most solvents and acids. PTFE for the harshest chemistry. 316 when you need metal.

Standard lab ports

Luer slip and lock, 10-32 and 1/4-28 flat bottom, M3 to M6, hose barbs from 1/16 in and compression from 1/16 in.

Manifolds and splitters

Wyes, tees, crosses and manifolds with up to eight outlets per face, in a clear body if you want to watch the flow.

FAQ

Questions about laboratory parts

Which material should I choose for solvents?

PEEK handles most organic solvents and acids. PVDF is excellent for acids and halogens. PTFE is the most inert. Polycarbonate is clear but not for alcohols or most solvents.

Do you machine flat bottom 10-32 and 1/4-28 ports?

Yes. 10-32 and 1/4-28 ports are machined flat bottom for standard lab fittings, alongside M3 to M6 and #6-40.

Can I get a clear manifold?

Yes. Choose polycarbonate and the clear color for any manifold, tee or splitter so you can see bubbles and flow.

How small can the bore be?

Bores can go down to about 0.020 in depending on the port and length. The builder limits the bore to what can be drilled for each end.

Can I order just one?

Yes. There is no minimum order, and the same configuration can be reordered later with its code.
