After you order

Standard timeline shown. 1 week and 3 day delivery move your part to the front of the line.

Day 0

Order placed

Your configuration becomes a machining program automatically. No drawings to check.

Days 1 to 2

Scheduled

Your part joins a production batch with similar parts, which keeps your price low.

Days 3 to 6

Machined

Turned or milled from certified bar stock, then deburred and cleaned.

Days 7 to 9

Finished and inspected

Plated or anodized if you chose it. Every thread is gauged.

Day 10

Shipped

Packed with your part number, reorder code and certificate. Tracking arrives by email.

How pricing works

Your price is built from the real cost of your part: bar stock, machine time, tooling, finishing and inspection, with setup shared across similar orders. One consistent margin sits on top, a little lower for runs of 1,000 or more. No setup fees on your invoice and no quote requests. Use your reorder code to get volume discount pricing on future orders.

Quality on every part

Threads are checked with go and no-go gauges, bores with pins, and every order ships with a certificate of conformance. Material certs are one checkbox away.

Ready when you are

Most people finish a part in under two minutes.
