What we make
Any end to any end
Catalogs stock the common pairs. We make the one you cannot find: mixed standards, odd sizes, a third port, or the same part in a different material.
Thread adapters
NPT to JIC, JIC to ORB, NPT to BSPP, metric to inch and the rest: straight, 45° or 90°, male or female on either end.
Hose and tube ends
Hose barbs in nine profiles, compression, flareless, push fit and slip sockets, paired with whatever thread the port needs.
Tees, Ys and crosses
Three and four port bodies with a different end on every port, including sweep tees, wyes and double wyes.
Manifolds and blocks
Bar and tube manifolds with the outlet count, spacing and port types you set, plus valve cavity blocks.
Sanitary and lab
Tri-clamp, Luer and small bore ends in 316L, PEEK, PVDF and polycarbonate for process, lab and medical lines.
Bulkheads and sensor ports
Bulkhead unions, gauge and sensor adapters, injector cups and other parts that only exist for one machine.
Ends we cut
NPT, NPTF, NPSM, BSPP, BSPT, JIC 37°, SAE 45°, inverted flare, ORB, ORFS, metric, DIN, JIS, compression, flareless, barb, push fit, tri-clamp, Luer, garden hose, flange pads and cartridge cavities.
Materials
303 and 316/316L stainless, C360 brass, 6061-T6 aluminum and 12L14 steel. Acetal, PEEK, PVDF, polypropylene, PTFE, polycarbonate and PVC. Finishes and colors depend on the material.
Paperwork included
A certificate of conformance ships with every order, with material certs and lot traceability. Each part gets a reorder code, so the same fitting can be made again later.

The builder checks sizes, wall and pressure as you choose, so what you price is what we can machine.

FAQ
Custom fitting questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one piece. The price each drops as the quantity goes up, and the builder shows the price at each quantity.
What if I do not know the thread I have?
Use Identify a thread to work it out from a few measurements, or Match A Part to find an adapter between two ends.
Can you make a fitting from my drawing or model?
Yes. Sign in and upload a STEP file, or send us a drawing, and we reply with a quote link.
Do you weld or braze fittings?
No. Every part is machined from solid bar or bent from seamless tube, which is why the builder only offers shapes we can machine.
Can you fit tube or hose to the fittings?
Yes. Create an assembly to add tube, hose and clamps, or see the Assembly Service for kitted builds.
