What we collect

• Orders. Your name, email, phone, shipping address and the parts you order. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Accounts. If you create an account, your email address, the details you add (name, company, phone, shipping address, trade code) and the parts you save.
• Files you send. Drawings, models and photos you email us for a quote.
• Usage. Basic, cookie free analytics about which pages are visited, so we can improve the site.
• Your browser. Your cart, saved parts and preferences are stored in your own browser until you sign in.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your parts, send order and shipping updates, keep records of what we machined for quality and reorders, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for third party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the store: Stripe for payments and invoices, Supabase for accounts and saved parts, Vercel for hosting, and the carrier that delivers your order. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, quality and traceability requirements. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can check out without an account. You can view and edit your account details at any time, and you can ask us to export or delete your data by emailing help@portspec.example.
